The tree is a 72-foot-tall Norwegian spruce that is decorated with 30,000 energy efficient LED lights on five miles of wire, it's topped with a star that is 9.5 feet tall, weighs 750 pounds and is made out of 250,000 Swarovski crystals. More on Wikipedia... (New York, 2008)
