One would expect some Eiffel Tower or Louvre pictures from Paris; the truth is I didn’t have the time yet to go on a “photo tour” in Paris except for a couple of visits in the park.

After very cold weather (it was just above freezing temperature a week ago) and a record of precipitation (almost 20cm of rain on April 15), the spring is here, or should I say the summer is here. The magnolia and cherry trees are at peak bloom.
This was also the first occasion to try the Canon 100mm macro lens (see the nectarine and cherry flowers below).
