Thank you for sharing these beautiful photographs. I live 30 miles outside of NYC and have been exploring the city for many years. It was a unique experience to enjoy the same scenes from someone else's perspective. I must say I enjoyed your photographs more than some of my own. It appears you are from France, which I visited in 2004 and hope to be able to return within the next year. I spent 3 days in Paris, 3 days in Provence and 3 days in Nice ..an unforgettable experience; some of my favorite memories are from the people that we met. We were quite a distance from the Eiffel Tower and one evening decided to venture back for one last look. We were lost on the Metro and met a young woman on her way home from work. She called her husband who was at home with her young son to tell her she would be late because she wanted to escort us to the Tower! When we arrived at the Eiffel Tower she stopped and turned both of us to face the tower, at the very same moment it was lit. I will not forget the scene but more importantly, I will not forget what a wonderful person she was to create such a memory for us. Thank you again.
